We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Allow a minimum of 14 business days for shipping. Please note, during peak sale periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day, there may be slight delays with shipping your order. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery is stated in BUSINESS days, and orders must be placed BEFORE 2PM PST to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Taxes are included in the price of the product - no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout.  Some orders may incur Duties, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value, which is determined by location - this means, when your parcel goes through customs, you won’t receive any additional import fees (therefore, your parcel will arrive to you faster!)

If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Bliss in Body is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Bliss in Body will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.

Return Policy 

Please note: bodysuits, lingerie and underwear are finale sale.

Gift items follow the regular return policy; however, funds will be applied onto a store credit or Bliss in Body gift card.

SALE STYLES

Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Any unauthorized Sale items which are posted back to Bliss in Body will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If we shipped you the wrong item, please message us here. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges. Please include your order number in your message with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. Please note: Bliss in Body is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
